I use transcription to get the ideas out of my head through my mouth and on to paper. Temi creates the transcript so I can move forward with my content.
This advanced speech recognition software takes speech to text in five minutes with 85% accuracy. Submit your audio or video file to Temi, review your transcript with timestamps and speakers, and save and export your transcript for $0.10 per audio minute. No subscriptions, no minimums, and no additional charges make it a great choice for any project.
My favorite use for Canva? Slide decks. If you have an upcoming presentation and you want to look like a pro - Canva’s presentation templates will make you look so professional - no designer necessary.
Canva isn’t complicated or time-consuming. There’s no learning curve – use their free templates and images to create graphics, charts, and graphs to print or post on social media. The easy drag-and-drop tools were made with the non-designer in mind.
My favorite part of Typorama - using it for Instagram quote graphics.
Not a designer? Not a problem! Typorama is an app for your phone that is super easy to use even if you have zero design skills. It saves you tons of work by automatically creating complex design layouts with beautiful typography, filters, overlays, and adjustment tools. You can perfectly size and crop your images, add your creative touch and they offer easy sharing options as well. Find it in your app store.
Textiful has become my go-to platform for all of my speaking engagements-- and I even use it on the Finding Your It Factor podcast.

Automatically sync information to your email marketing platforms - like MailChimp and ConvertKit - so that you can quickly grow your email list. I use Zoom for virtual coffee dates, group coaching calls, masterminds, webinars, podcast interviews, and recording training videos.
For meetings, video webinars, conference rooms, and more, Zoom is ranked #1 in customer reviews. The platform is engineered and optimized to work reliably, allows for 1,000 video participants and 10,000 viewers, is easy to use, buy and scale, and has the most affordable and straightforward pricing. If you do phone calls in your business, this is a great way for you to elevate that connection and develop richer, deeper connections.
I love using BombBomb during launches to surprise and connect with potential students. It’s also fun to engage with members of my programs when they aren’t expecting to hear directly from me.
If you are looking for better results with video email, BombBomb is the program for you. Quickly and easily send video emails to stand out in your audience’s inbox. You’ll find there’s no faster way to record yourself and/or your screen and you won’t have to wait because you video uploads as you record. They know that to be successful, you need to truly connect with your prospects and clients, and basic email just won’t cut it anymore. BombBomb gets you face to face with the people that matter most.
This surprises most people as one of my FAVORITE tools. I use this with my husband and kids when I travel so I can see them before bedtime and have group conversations with my sisters and girlfriends to stay in touch. But the biggest surprises is how I use it in business.
This is how I often connect with clients for Q&A so they can get comfortable speaking on camera and become more aware of their body language and less intimidated by recordings. I highly recommend this app to EVERYONE.
Life is busy. Marco Polo works when you have a moment to talk, even if your schedules don’t match. Unlike other video apps, you don’t need to be live. It’s like a video walkie talkie. You can include people when they don’t live in the same place or in the same timezone and each person can talk and watch when it works for them.

Confession. I used to be an extremely loyal Microsoft user. I was an Outlook and Word fanatic. But after months of saving documents to folders and collaborating with clients on scripts and outlines, I knew there had to be a better way. Enter GSuite.
When you sign up for GSuite you get Gmail, Google Docs, Drive, Calendar, Meet and more to help you grow your business. You can connect with clients, team members or collaborators wherever they are, store files and find what you need instantly, manage users, devices and so much more. You can use your own domain for email -- like [email protected] and create emails for your team. I use GSuite daily for collaboration. I store all my copy on Drive in Google Docs and love the integration of BombBomb in Gmail.
